Delivery days are set by region and by product. Here's a list of our current schedule.
All deliveries occur between 8 am and 6 pm.

All Organic Deliveries

COLUMBUS
All orders in Columbus, Ohio will be delivered on Fridays.

TOLEDO
All orders in Toledo, Ohio occur on Fridays.

CINCINNATI
All orders for Cincinnati occur on Fridays. 

DAYTON
All orders for Dayton occur on Fridays.
First you'll need to sign in to your account on the top right side of the homepage. Hover over "My Account" and select "Recurring Items." There you can toggle between which frequency you prefer. Make sure you click "Update Order" before you leave the page. Remember that the change deadline is always Sunday at 5:00 p.m., so if you change your account after Sunday, the change in frequency won't apply until the following week.
In order to order a different size, you'll have to cancel the order you are receiving and order the new size. You can do this by signing into your account on the top right of the homepage. Then click on "recurring items." You can click the "X" on the far right side to cancel your current order. It will ask you to confirm whether you want to permanently remove this delivery from your plan. Then just go back into our shop and select the new item you would like to receive. Remember that our change deadline is always Sunday at 5:00 p.m. so any changes you make to your deliveries after that will not go into effect until the following week's delivery.
Sign into your account at the top right side of the page. The click on "delivery hold." If you're going on vacation or want to put your deliveries on hold for a while, you can select the beginning and end dates you want your account to be placed on hold. Then click "add vacation."
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to cancel your orders with us you'll need to log into your account by clicking the "sign in" button on the top right side of the home page. Click "recurring items" then click the "X" next to the product(s) you want to cancel. It will ask you if you want to permanently cancel all orders. Click "yes." This will remove all future orders for that item. If you've purchased more than one item with us, you can click "remove all" at the bottom of the page. If you wish to also remove all of your information from our system please also email us at help@perfectlyimperfectproduce.com and we can delete your account from our system. Please note that messages via social media and email are not sufficient for cancellation. You'll need to log into your account to cancel. Thanks for your help!

Starting on April 25th, 2021 orders will close on Sundays at 5:00 pm for the week after (not the coming week). So an order placed by Sunday will arrive on Wednesday, May 3rd for example. We have had to move our deadline earlier so that we can properly purchase product and materials to ensure that nothing goes to waste. 

Orders must be canceled or changed by Sunday at 5 p.m. for the week after, not the coming week. So an order for the week of May 3rd, 2021 for example, needs to be changed by April 25th.
Our original produce boxes are not currently customizable. That’s because when it comes to rescuing food we are simply buying the items that need to be saved and then divvying them up to all our customers. If you have a food allergy or a very strong dislike of a certain item, you can specify that in the proper space labeled "Allergies? Or Special Dietary Requests?" on page two of the sign up form and we will not pack those items.

We are happy to do what we can to ensure you don't receive items to which you are allergic. At the bottom of page two of the sign up form, please fill out the box that says, "Allergies? Or special dietary requests?" If you receive our original whole produce boxes, we will not pack any allergies. If you order our salads and meal kits, all allergies are listed on the recipes online so you can select recipes that meet your needs. Unfortunately, we cannot alter the recipe kits or salads to eliminate any allergies so please review the ingredients carefully before ordering.
We sure can! When you sign up make sure you leave us your apartment number or company name on page one of the checkout process. On page two of the sign up process be sure you leave us instructions on specifically where we should leave your box (e.g. at the front desk, under the mailboxes, etc.) If there is a security code to get into your door, please leave that information with us as well. 

“Imperfect” does not mean “not fresh.” We absolutely want to know right away if any item in your box is not fresh or is not to your liking. Please email us at help@perfectlyimperfectproduce.com and let us know and we will issue you a refund for the items. 

We rescue fresh fruits and vegetables from various sources. We buy from local farms as often as possible during the local growing seasons. Much of our produce comes from local produce distributors and food producers as well who have items they cannot use because they do not fit the standards expected by their customers. Check out our "producers" page to read more about our suppliers. 
We usually do collect boxes, but during the Covid crisis we ask that you hang on to them and recycle them. Stay tuned for updates.
On Fridays we email you an original recipe giving you an idea for how to use one or more of the items in this week's box. You can always visit our blog for recipes all the time and search by fruit or veggie. We share posts throughout the week on social media as well so follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
We recently launched an option to pickup your box at our warehouse located at 27853 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092. You MUST PREORDER your box by Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and your account must be set to be for Pickup, not delivery. Pickup is held between 4 and 6 pm on Thursday evenings. You'll see us set up outside of our facility. 

We are also pleased to partner with several sites that allow for pick up of boxes and receive $3 off the delivery fee. During the Covid crisis most of these are not currently open. When you set up your account with us, be sure to add the below coupon at the payment screen for the discount to apply and use the location's address as the delivery address.

We currently deliver to Cleveland (Cuyahoga County), Lorain County, Akron/Canton (Summit County), Geauga County, Medina County, Portage County, Youngstown (Mahoning Valley), and Columbus (Franklin County), Toledo, Dayton and Cincinnati. We are looking to expand to new markets soon.  Stay tuned for future updates on expanded delivery options!!
We currently deliver to Northeast Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown included) as well as Columbus and Toledo. 

Delivery fees are determined based on your zip code. If you create an account with us and begin entering products into your cart, the delivery fee will appear with your total. In general, delivery to zip codes in Cuyahoga County is $5 and to zip codes in surrounding counties (Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina, Portage, Lorain) is $10. However there are some places that fall in the middle where delivery is $7.50. We do deliver to some areas outside of those counties for $15. Columbus and Toledo deliveries are $10. To determine if we deliver to you, try adding an item to your cart. The site will ask for your zip code and will let you know if we deliver to your zip code yet. If we do not deliver to your zip code yet, please fill out the "Contact Us" page and let us know that you'd like us to come to your area (make sure to share your zip code).
Yes! If a friend places an order and mentions your name in the "who referred you" question, our system will automatically keep track of that. Each week we will review the referrals and approve them. You will automatically be issued a referral discount which will be applied to your account without you having to do anything at all. So keep us in mind as you talk to friends about food and share about us on Facebook and Instagram. Thanks for helping us spread the word! 
Boxes are delivered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on your scheduled delivery day. All questions regarding the timing of your delivery should be directed to us at help@perfectlyimperfectproduce.com or call 844-VEG-4ALL. If your box didn't arrive when it was scheduled to come, please also email us at this address and we will create a solution for getting you a new box ASAP.

We do accept SNAP/EBT for customers in Northeast Ohio who can come to our facility in Willoughby Hills to pick up their box during our pickup times on Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. We will need to set up your account for you so please contact us at 844-834-4255. You will need to preorder your box and we'll set it for EBT. We will scan your EBT card when you come to pick up your box.
